TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ORDER SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT ISN’T RECEIVED:
If the tracking status shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier (typically USPS) to assist with the investigation. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
RETURNS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS:
